Meet the team

Cindy Olsen

Director of Nursing

Cindy has been employed at Westview for 41 years. As the Director of Nursing Services her primary responsibilities involve the organization, evaluation and direction of the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Services Department. Her role, in conjunction with the Administrator and the Medical Director, is to ensure that the highest quality care is maintained within the facility at all times. Cindy can be reached at 860-774-8574, ext. 139.

Dr. Jeffrey Howe, M.D.

Medical Director

Dr. Howe has been a family practitioner with the Day Kimball Medical Staff since 1982. He has been Westview Health Care Center's Medical Director since 2009. His professional memberships include: Fellow, College of Family Physicians- Canada; American Academy of Family Physicians, as well as the American Geriatric Society. As a highly respected physician within our community, Dr. Howe continually enhances the high quality of care that is offered at Westview and is held in high regard by his colleagues and patients alike.
