    This full page advertisement was designed to promote Westview's outpatient services utilizing testimony from two local residents: Richard Shad and Kirsten Rigney.

Ad copy:

    "Hi, I'm Richard Schad, a resident of Pomfret and a local athlete. I like to compete in some of the local Sprint Triathlon races. Last year, I set a goal to compete in an Ironman triathlon. Everything was going great. While competing in a local triathlon, I came up with a pulled hamstring four weeks before the 'big event' in Lake Placid. That's what brought me to Westview. We came up with a plan, I met with the Sports Medicine Team two days a week for four weeks straight.

    I'm 50 years old, but I consider myself an athlete and I push myself pretty hard.

    Hi, I'm Kirsten Rigney, and I live in Woodstock. I was a competitive athlete in college and in my twenties when I played Division III soccer and was an All-American hurdler. I have recognized that I'm getting older and my body isn't quite working the way I'd like it to, but that doesn't mean I need to hang up my shoes completely.

    Alex Williams is what brought me to Westview. Alex can pinpoint issues and start workign on them right away. It's just amazing!

    That's very helpful to me because I think the ability to still participate in activities like 5K races, recreational runs, and playing sports with my kids- that's access I want to have in life. Alex and the whole team did a great job of helping me overcome some of these injuries and get back in the game!
