Westview Health Care Center treated their employees to a Valentine’s luncheon on Thursday, February 11, 2016, graciously catered by Jessica Jellison, owner of Jessica Tuesday’s restaurant of Putnam, CT.
Jessica Tuesday’s, an award-winning restaurant that prides itself with sourcing local and organic products from neighboring farms, tempted the taste buds of Westview employees with the delectable offering of sights, scents and flavor in the spirit of Valentine’s Day.
Employees eagerly lined up to design their plates of culinary delight. Offerings included classic leafy greens drizzled in a balsamic vinaigrette, tomato basil and beef vegetable soups, fresh roasted green beans, chicken marsala, chicken piccata and a host of bite-sized confections.
“This Valentine’s luncheon is something we like to do every year for our amazing staff of health care professionals,” remarked David T. Panteleakos, Administrator. “The words 'compassionate', 'caring', and 'dedicated' come to mind on a day like Valentine's and one way to express such gratitude is a fantastic meal from Jessica Tuesday's!”
