Ugly Christmas Sweaters

      Westview's Ugly Christmas Sweater Contest was full of entertaining entries! We think it's hard to even call these "ugly sweaters," because all of the staff who dressed up looked cozy, cheerful, and creative in their holiday attire—especially in the home-made versions!

     All of this fun must have sent a beacon to the North Pole, because the gifts for Westview residents became priority express shipments for Santa Claus as he brought their presents early. To a room gathered among a number of the residents, he made his jolly entrance and began distributing his bountiful bundles of gifts. All in attendance were offered sparkling cider for a toast and a selection of delightful Christmas cookies as the present passing occurred.

When everyone in the room had received their gifts, Santa built up a sleigh full of presents and continued to personally give a present to the remaining residents in their rooms. With his understandably busy schedule Mr. Claus was grateful for the assistance he received from his little helpers on the Westview staff to make sure each package was delivered to each resident—with tidings of comfort and joy.

Westview Health Care Center is a 103-bed inpatient skilled nursing facility, which includes a distinct and self-contained 28-bed sub-acute short-term rehabilitation unit and outpatient physical, occupational and speech therapies including: Sports Medicine, Adolescent/Pediatric, Adult and Aquatic Outpatient Centers, all dedicated to providing outstanding quality health care services.
